Coming from a long line of butchers, Scott Foresta, 4th generation & current owner was taught his trade at 13 by his 80-year uncle. Today Scott, his sons Chris and Mark are freshly preparing meals daily and will butcher any type of protein for their customers. Foresta’s always has 20 ft. of fresh meat ready and will go through 300 lbs. of ground beef a day!
With the current property in the family for almost 50 years, Foresta’s is embedded into the local history of Phoenixville and their community. Located near the Valley Forge National Park, Foresta’s is the perfect spot to pick up some delicious sandwiches and hit the trails! They proudly source local ingredients like Dietz & Watson premium deli meats and De Amoroso Rolls. Between their Rustic Italian and Tavern Ham Zepp – you can’t go wrong!
